3X01 The Blessing Way

Following a heated confrontation with the Cigarette-smoking Man, Mulder is left for dead. Luckily he is rescued by Navajos and treated with the sacred Blessing Way to be healed. Meanwhile, Scully, attempts to decipher the encoded message which was contained on the stolen government information. Can the agents survive the manipulations of the evil Syndicate and reveal the truth to the world?

3X02 Paper Clip

On the run and in hiding from the Syndicate, Mulder and Scully entrust the encoded DAT tape to A.D. Skinner and travel to the Strughold Mining Company to investigate a secret government archive. Meanwhile, Krycek reappears and confronts Skinner, on behalf of the Syndicate, for the DAT tape. Can Mulder and Scully gain enough information to parlay with the Syndicate for their lives and careers?

3X04 Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose

Agent Scully and Agent Mulder are called in to investigate a series of killings in which all of the victims were professional psychics. It seems that the murderer, known as "The Puppet", believes that the self proclaimed psychics deserve their fates since they should be able to see their imminent end. What he doesn't know, is that Agent Mulder believes he has his own psychic... with the ability to see the final moments of a person's life.

3X12 War of the Coprophages

While researching reports of lights in the sky over Miller's Grove, Massachusetts, Fox encounters a series of bizarre deaths seemingly attributed to attacks by roaches. Mulder visits an insect research facility in town to request the expertise of Dr. Bambi Berenbaum. Scully, the eternal skeptic, seeks a more conventional, logical, and insect free explanation for the deaths. The clues left at the crime sites, however, indicate that the insects are far from normal.

3X09 Nisei

The videotaped autopsy of an alleged alien leads Agent Mulder and Scully to Allentown, Pennsylvania, to discuss the contents of the tape with the distributor. On reaching the residence, however, Mulder discovers that a Japanese diplomat has murdered the man to protect a government conspiracy and a secret group known as 731.

Scully continues her investigation of the metal chips found implanted in herself and the members of MUFON (Mutual UFO Network). With the assistance of Agent Danny Pendrell, she traces the chip to its manufacturer. Meanwhile, Mulder has a harrowing experience on the secret government train car with a special cargo.
