While Agent Scully works fervently to have her sister's assassination investigated, Agent Mulder looks into a salvage mission in which the crew were exposed to lethal levels of radiation. While tracking the sole survivor of the expedition, Agent Mulder encounters an unexpected surprise. It seems that Alex Krycek, in his attempts to escape the Syndicate, has been selling the secrets gleaned from the DAT tape.

3X16 Apocrypha

Agent Scully closes in on her sister's murderer (and consequently, the man that shot Assistant Director Skinner) and unravels a trail of deception that again leads to the Syndicate. Returning to Washington, D.C., with Krycek in tow, Agent Mulder soon loses his prisoner. Unbeknownst to Mulder, however, he has brought back more with Krycek, than he bargained for.

After a disastrous run-in with Robert Patrick Modell, in which he talks a police officer into a fatal collision, the F.B.I. requests assistance from Agents Scully and Mulder to apprehend the criminal. Unbeknownst to the pair, however, Modell, also known as Pusher, has the overwhelming psychic ability to impose his will upon others. Will Scully and Mulder be able to survive the effects of Pusher's "whammy"?

3X20 Jose Chung's "From Outer Space"

Against the objections of Agent Mulder, Dana agrees to meet with her favorite author, Jose' Chung, to relate to him the details of an alleged abduction of two teens in Class County, Washington. During the course of the interview, Chung reveals how Agent Scully's memories of events differ to some of the witnesses at the scene. The resulting point-of-view storyline quickly falls into hilarity.

3X23 Wetwired

An anonymous email directs Agents Mulder and Scully to Braddock Heights, Maryland, to investigate a series of multiple murders. With the only apparent connection between the killers being their heavy television viewing habits, Mulder soon comes to suspect suspicious cable company activity. Unknown to Mulder, however, Dana has succumbed to the trance-like state which had befallen the killers before her. Can Mulder find the cause of this televisual madness before its too late ?

3X24 Talitha Cumi

Mulder and Scully encounter the mysterious Jeremiah Smith while investigating a hostage situation in Arlington, Virginia. Scully soon discovers that Mr. Smith is one of many Jeremiah Smiths, all of whom work for the Social Security Administration. Digging further, Dana discovers that the Smiths were maintaining secret governmental databases on the nation's population. What is their connection to the Syndicate, however, and why has the Bounty Hunter reappeared?
