Future

On the horizon I see fire
burning brightly like the sun
I mark my steps moving forward
now my journey has begun

Resolutely I set my pace
I do not shy from the glare
I set my gaze straight ahead
head held high and shoulders square

Posture straight and without shame
there is no one else in sight
