There have been many, many instances of Armor Girls in media, specifically those with a Japanese animation or manga influence.
This should not be taken as a definitive list. If anyone has any additional occurences to add to this list, please email me, and I'll be sure to add it.
Project 'A'ko
In this series of movies/OAVs, B-ko, A-ko's principal rival, sports a battlesuit called Akagiyama 23, which resembles little more than a swimsuit, but which enhances her strength and gives her inexhaustible missiles.
Galaxy Fraulein Yuna
Series concieved by Mika Akitaka, who also did a fair number of Gundam Armor Girl drawings. It tends towards the comedic and occasionally bubbly side, but many of the characters wear outfits that fall under the concept.
Iczelion
While a deal more serious, the suits used could qualify. Please note that I have not yet seen this series.
No listings yet.
MSZ-006
Thanks to Ken Stone for the scans of the box art for this kit. The illustrations and design were done by Mika Akitaka. I don't have size stats for this kit, but I would assume that the kit stands 6-9 inches high when completed.
The box art for the kit. The model when built. Part of the instruction sheet.
Macross Model Kit
Ken Stone says he had this kit at one point, although I would gather he doesn't have the kit anymore.
GM Custom (RGM-79N)
I know there was a kit for this, also designed by Mika Akitaka, since I have a scan of the box artwork in my archives. If anyone can give any more information on this one, it would be appreciated.

Ninja High School
Comic series created by Ben Dunn. Asrial Arconian, an alien princess come to marry Jeremy Feeple, has worn four or five different Armor Girl outfits. May, an agent from the future, also wore such an outfit.
Undocumented Features
Fanfiction series which had its start in Worchester, Massachusetts. Asrial Arconian (yes, the same one from Ninja High School) shows up occasionally wearing the stereotypical Armor Girl outfit, and wore another that folded out of her backpack, which was a prototype under the nickname of 'Can o' Whoop Ass'.
Serendipity
Aerianne Connor wore the Akigayama 23 battlesuit in this series. She typically used it as a backup underneath her CVR-3/Cyclone.
