Right. Me. One scene. Not likely. Tell you what I'll do. Limit myself to a theme - my favorite scenes between Methos and Duncan. Here goes:

Duncan and Methos sparring in the dojo - first Methos with his sword at Duncan's throat, then Duncan with his sword at Methos' throat, each making their own point. And the way Methos rubs his thumb against his neck very thoughtfully afterwards . . .

Methos and evil Duncan in the Darius' church, when Methos tells him that's it's not just him against all that evil - that he's not alone, not out here, and not in there . . .

Duncan and Methos in the church in Bordeaux - Duncan angry, accusing, hurt, but there, trying to make sense of it, and Methos tired, cornered and desparate, trying to explain what it was like, why he hadn't told Duncan before. And then later, at the cemetary, when Duncan finds a way to forgive him, or at least to start . . .

Duncan and Methos on the barge - Duncan talking Methos into helping him help Gina and Robert, and Methos finally agreeing; and then Methos grousing about "I knew it" when it turns out Gina is after him . . .

At Joe's bar - Methos laughing at Duncan touseling with another one of his moral dilemmas, and then giving him the cryptic bit about judgment after he kills Ingrid . . .
After Alexa's funeral (I assume) when he tells Duncan that even though he knew Alexa was dying, when she finally closed her eyes, he was surprised . . .

At the loft - trying to get up the courage to ask Alexa out, while Duncan prods him with a bit of an amused smile on his face . . .

At the race track - when Duncan holds up his sword and begs Methos to take his head, and Methos says "absolutely not" . . .

Walking across that park in Paris - Methos talking lions and Christians to try to keep Duncan from giving himself up to Kalas . . .

In the tunnel when Methos tries to get Duncan to take his head so that he can defeat Kalas . . .

At Anne's future house, when they are painting together and talking about raising kids, and chivalry, and taking care of yourself first (or not) . . .

Beside Methos' van, when Duncan confronts Methos about Cassandra's accusations, and Methos' answer is "I was Death - is that what you want to hear? The answer is yes.  Oh yes," with that note of desperation in his voice that says he has nothing left to lose . . .

At the park - when Methos tries to talk Duncan out of facing Steven Keane, and then shoots him in the back when he fails to listen . . .

At Byron's convert - when Methos tries to talk Duncan out of challenging Byron, but backs down when Duncan reminds him of the music Mike could have made . . .
At the barge - Methos trying to talk Duncan out of giving himself up to O'Rourke (are we seeing a theme here, boys and girls?)

And finally, at the barge - Duncan telling Methos what he's learned from him.

Hey, might make a nice montage - although you'd really need the dialogue. Maybe music faintly
in the background. . .
