You walk along a path until you enter a large grove. There were few flowers, only violets, dandelions, and daisies scattered the ground on the soft green grass. Though there were few flowers, the grove had more trees than a normal one would. There was a willow not far off in the center, where it stood at the edge of a lake, pine trees as it neared the border of the forest, and at the corner of the grove was a small Japanse blossom tree. On a tree branch was a small melcey sleeping, covered by some sort of a special blanket.
As you neared the tree, you stepped on a twig, waking the melcey up. She yawned, blinking her eyes a little, and looked at you, grinning. When you finally got there, you realized that it wasn't a blanket she was covered with, but wings! You stood there, awed.
"Greetings, traveler! I'm Akane."
She smiled, then blinked as she watches you staring at you.
"Erm, excuse me? Is there something on me? If it's a bug, please, get it off!!"
She looked over her back, and sighed in relief when she found none. She studied you, then saw you were staring at her wings. She turned red slightly.
"Oh, these...should have known. It's a mutation, I guess, since melcey aren't suppose to have wings....only one other has wings besides me..His name is Tova."
She grinned, then pointed down.
"If you'd like to read my stats, just look down, it's right there."
You looked down, and indeed, there was a rosey pink plaque with writing on it. It read:
