NEW ARCANE SPELLS
The following is a list of new standard spells from the COMPLETE ARCANE HANDBOOK that are available to Wizards and Sorcerers. These spells are considered to be a part of the PHB for the purposes of learning and memorizing new spells:
LEVEL ONE
Orb of Acid, Lesser: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, no save, 1d8+1d8/2lvls above 1st (max5d8).
Orb of Cold, Lesser: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, no save, 1d8+1d8/2lvls above 1st (max5d8).
Orb of Lightning, Lesser: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, no save, 1d8+1d8/2lvls above 1st (max5d8).
Orb of Fire, Lesser: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, no save, 1d8+1d8/2lvls above 1st (max5d8).
Orb of Sound, Lesser: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, no save, 1d6+1d6/2lvls above 1st (max5d6).
LEVEL THREE
Mage Armour, Greater: Touch, V/S/M, 1hr/lvl, +6 Armour Bonus.
LEVEL FOUR
Blast of Fire: 60ft cone, V/S/M, reflex save for 1/2, 1d6/lvl (max 10d6).
Orb of Acid: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, fort save or sick 1rnd, 1d6/lvl (max15d6).
Orb of Cold: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, fort. save or blind 1rnd, 1d6/lvl (max15d6).
Orb of Lightning: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, fort save or entangled 1rnd, 1d6/lvl(max15d6).
Orb of Fire: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, fort save or dazed 1rnd, 1d6/lvl (max15d6).
Orb of Force: 100ft+10ft/lvl, V/S, no save, 1d6/lvl (max10d6).
Orb of Sound: 25ft+5ft/2lvls, V/S, fort save or deaf 1rnd, 1d4/lvl (max15d4).
There are numerous other spells found within the pages of the COMPLETE ARCANE HANDBOOK that can be found only during adventures. These spells cannot be acquired in any way other than by finding them in an old spell book or scroll - they are considered to be "lost" magics...but once in a while, in a dusty tomb, a mystery is uncovered!
NEW DIVINE SPELLS
The following is a list of new standard spells available to Clerics and Druids found within the pages of the COMPLETE DIVINE HANDBOOK. These spells are considered to be a part of the PHB for the purposes of memorizing new spells:
LEVEL ONE
Vigor, Lesser: 10 rounds+1/lvl (max15), Touch, V/S, heals 1hp/rnd.
LEVEL THREE
Vigor: 10 rounds+1/lvl (max25), Touch, V/S, heals 2hp/rnd.
Vigor, Mass Lesser: 10 rounds+1/lvl (max25), 20ft, 1 target/2 lvls, V/S, heals
1hp/rnd.
LEVEL FIVE
Vigor, Greater: Vigor: 10 rounds+1/lvl (max35), Touch, V/S, heals 4hp/rnd.
LEVEL SIX
Vigorous Circle: 10 rounds+1/lvl (max40), 20ft, 1 target/2 lvls, V/S, heals 3hp/rnd.
