Man I am so lazy, I haven't updated in a long time. I always forget what I've done since I last updated. I bought some indiglo guages for my car, they look awesome! I'm a little disappointed that in the daytime, the guages aren't very white, they are more off-white because of the indiglo stuff, but at night when you turn on the headlights and the guages light up an awesome green/blue color, its all worth it. A guy I know named Ben Nelson has a del sol like mine, and he made me some clear bumper reflectors for me to replace the amber ones. Now my whole front end has no yellow on it, looks awesome. It's amazing how such a little thing like reflectors make a car look so much cooler.

About a month ago it was Senior skip day at my school. This isn't a school certified day, and they get really mad when the students skip. I think like 90% of the senior class and 15% of the Junior class skipped. Anyway, I went to bed early so I could get up early. First I went to my work to get some free breakfast. Then I just kinda cruised around for a while. The weather was awesome, and I had the top off my car. When I stopped at this stop light I looked over and I see this guy in a convertible looking at me, right when he saw that I noticed him, he started smiling. I was like What the fu*k! I just looked straight forward and made a left turn. It was wierd. Then later on I was stopped at a stop sign and this Ninja style motorcycle is stopped going the opposite direction. I saw him look over at my car, then he busted a fat wheelie across the intersection, it was cool. Okay, now for the cool part. I decided to drive down this one street that I remembered driving on before. The street is really curvy, smooth, and there are never any cars on it. So I'm flying down this 25mph street at like 60mph, I was taking all the turns great, and my suspension was working great. Well this turn was coming up that I couldn't quite see all the around, so I stepped on the break a little bit and I must have jerked the wheel a little bit or something, because the next thing I know I hear my back tires squeeling, and my whole back end slides around and I do a 180 in the street, and then I slide off the road and slide sideways into someones front yard, facing toward the road to complete a 270 degree slide. My top was off and all this dirt and dead grass came flying in my car. I even got grass in my mouth. After I came to a complete stop, I just started busting up laughing. I was scared while I was wiping out, but after it was all over, I realized how dumb I must have looked : ) I just drove home and checked out my car. It was a little dirty on one side from spraying dirt and grass everywhere, and there was grass wedged in between the rim and tire. It took me like 45 minutes to vacuum all the grass out of my car. I went back later and realized how lucky I was that I didn't slide into a mailbox or bush or something! It was fun.

At the last car club meet I went to, there was like 12 cars that showed up, it was cool, I got to meet a bunch of new people, and see some new cars. We now have a yellow del Sol, that has wheels, lowering, 50/50 taillights, etc. And a Mazda MX6 with a fat spoiler. Hopefully the weather is nice for the next meet, so we can have a big meet again.

The weather here in Missouri is retarded!!!! Thursday it was like 70 degrees, almost eighty, and 2 days later there was a blizzard and we got like 6 inches of snow. Then the next day it got to 50 degrees and all the snow melted. I can't wait until the weather just stays nice.

Yesterday was my birthday, I got a radar detector for my car, and some money. The first day I tried it out it flashed, and a couple seconds later a cop drove by the opposite direction, it was cool. Last friday I got some Arospeed Adjustable Coilovers installed on my car at Adrenaline Motorsports. So now my car is lowered and doesn't look like an off-roader. I looks sweet! I also bought a Kenwood KDC-7011 MASK headunit before Christmas, as a gift to myself. Having a cd player RULES! I don't even listen to the radio any more.

I got a bunch of shirts for Christmas, but I didn't like any of them. I also got some Honda del Sol floormats for my car, and a Honda leather steering wheel cover, it looks good and feels smooth. I got a few cd's, and thats about it. I got a couple other things, but returned them for money.

For New Years I went to 2 parties, I went to the first one, and we watched movies and stuff, then I promised someone I'd go to another party, so I left there and went to the other one. We lit off fireworks and stuff. It was cool.

I'm going to post some pics of my car on my del Sol page, but they are outdated, since I now have a lowered car. Thursday I went to one of those car wash places where you put in a dollar and wash your car with the high pressure hose. I didn't realize it was as cold as it was, so I'm out there, no coat, water all over my hands, freezing. When I got the soap on the car, it froze almost instantly, and was a pain to get off. By the time I got home, there was icicles all over my car. So I pulled in my garage and dried the rest of the car, and tried to get the ice off of it. Later I went to work, and when I was about to leave at midnight, I tried the locks, but all of them were frozen. A new guy at work had to take me home, and someone picked me up for work the next day. When I go tthere I checked, and they were thawed. That was pretty stupid of me. I think I will wait until it get s a little warmer before I do that again.

I updated my car page with the old pics, and added some more things to the Mods section.

I got my caps on my wheels the next day after I posted last, the pliers finally worked. They look AWESOME!!! Only right now I am super MAD, because I scraped a curb and scraped the white off of the front passenger wheel along the edge where the tire meets the wheel. It looks crappy. I think I might try to go somewhere to get the wheel powdercoated white. I don't think it costs that much just for one wheel, and they might just be able to cover the scraped part. I know curb scapes were bound to happen, but not 2 weeks after I get them. AAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!! I am so MAD!!!!
