The caps are .2 (point two) uF.
Pot is 5K ohms.

That, coupled with the filters gives a solid 2dB loudness advantage over the
other FMs in the highest octave of the audio, without "ducking".

Substitute the 330pF with 220pF and that should make the slope correspondingly
more gradual.
