Here's
a way to make really cheap skeletal ghost hands.
First,
cut and bend coat hangar wire into the shape of a long hand with each length
of wire being a finger. Then place masking tape balls approximately
1/4 inch in diameter where all the knuckles ought to be. Lay strips
of masking tape down the fingers and crumple into place. All you
have to do now is paint appropriately and, voila, hands. These look
great coming out of the ground around the tombstones. If you want
an entire arm, take two lengths of hanger wire approximately the length
from the fingertip to the elbow and substitute them for two fingers.
Put tape balls where the elbow joint would be and wrap with strips of tape
as described above.
