The Ferengi also posses a 4-lobed brain, which allows them virtual immunity to all forms of telepathy. The side effect of this, is that they cannot take the Merit: PSIONIC POTENTIAL.

Ferengi also face periodic review by the Ferengi Commerce Association (FCA) (Imagine your worst audit x 5)It should be noted however, that the FCA cares little for tax evasion or the like. Only that the principles of Ferengi Mercantalism are upheld. (No Unions, No refunds, etc, etc)A Ferengi failing such a review gains the status traits of: Ostrasized, Shunned, and Blacklisted.
