Pizza serves 2

Dough:
250 gram flour
12 gram baking powder
100 ml water
1 tsp salt

sauce:
50 gram concentrated tomato mash
1½ glass of water
basil
black pepper
paprika powder
parsley
chives
thyme
2 tsp sugar

Topping:
Anything you like on a pizza, for example:
½ a box of mushrooms
1 onion
2 tomatoes
½ an egg-plant
¼ tin of sweet corn
olives
etc.
Don?t forget to put on cheese!!
All cheeses are good, especially mozzarella, but grated cheese is lovely as well. Or try some gorgonzola?

Grease the baking tray with butter and preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Put the flour in a bowl and add the baking powder and the salt. Mix this. Add the water a little at the time while you keep kneading. When the dough is one coherent ball it is ready. The dough should not be too sticky. Put the dough on the tray and spread it out.
Put the tomato-mash in a little bowl and pour the water over it. Stir this until it is well mixed. Add the spices (including the sugar) and mix it well. Divide the sauce over the dough.
Cut the onion in rings and slice the mushrooms. Cut everything else that is too big to fit on the pizza in one piece. Put everything on the pizza until it is all full with tasty food. Than grate the cheese or slice the mozzarella and put it on top. Add a little black pepper and put the pizza in the oven. In about 30 minutes it will be ready?.

Nice to eat with a salad.
