Turkish yoghurt serves 4
Ingredients:
1/2 a liter yoghurt (preferebly not low fat)
50 gr mixed nuts(almonds, hazelnuts, walnut or other...)
4 tbs honey
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
a little curcuma
Stir a little honey with the spices through the yoghurt. Than add the nuts (whatever nuts you like, raisins go along al well). Top again with honey and serve. I think it tastes nice any time of the day, but especially as a desert.
