A student at New Bremen University, Billie Jo (BJ, for short) is a lively young woman, excited about being out on her own and doing her own thing. Extremely friendly to almost everyone, she has no problem making friends.

Billie Jo is a skilled linguist, speaking 5 different languages (English, Spanish, Chinese, Greek and Japanese), and is studying to learn more. She is currently studying French, Russian, German and Portuegese. She has a knack for language, easily picking up words and phrases and can even work her way through a conversation in a tongue she does not know.

She has a chimerical companion, a large butterfly named B-Fly, who has been her friend since childhood. B-Fly is a nervous, twitchy thing, but beautiful. BJ cares alot for him, despite his cowardly nature.

Billie Jo is enrolled at New Bremen University (her freshman year has just started), and she works at Shamrocks, an Irish pub that is also New Bremen's commoner freehold. She works days there as a waitress. At night, BJ also dances at The Candy Jar, a local stripclub. She finds dancing to be fun and the money is certainly a bonus.
