Star Trek: TNG "Relics" and Star Trek: First Contact
The Screw up:
In the episode Relics, Captain Scott (Scotty) Says that "I bet Jim Kirk
himslef hauled the old gal outta mothballs to come lookin' for me!"
Yet, in First Contact, Captain Kirk was killed before Scotty "disappeared" on board the Jenolen.
Or, so we thought for a long time....

The Screw Up:
During the Borg movement on the Enterprise, Picard said
that she had 24 decks, yet, a security ensign on the bridge
said the Borg had taken decks 26 up to 11.
Make sense???
