Bina Arch

Bina is one of those few people I met in college who didn't talk much.  At least she didn't to start with.  But when she did everyone would listen.  And now she talks all the time and still people listen.  I have no idea how she managed that.   *grin*  Bina is one of the original Feldings who were a part of the group when I joined up.  She very skillfully never managed to hold a post, due to the fact that would not let herself be nominated.  It's a good policy to follow.

My junior year, she was in the LARP that got me involved with gaming.  She is an avid gamer, and enjoys playing difficult characters.   She has played extremely convincing sociopaths and southern gentlemen, and even characters who have no sense of self-preservation at all...something I have a problem with.  Bina also likes to draw (I have a copy of her tarot deck) and read, like most of my other friends.  She contributes regularly to Raven's Reviews, a book review website that Megan maintains.  Currently, Bina is off in the wilds of Nova Scotia where she is finishing up her Master's and then will be coming back to live in the Boston area.  YAY!!!!

I shamelessly stole this absolutely gorgeous picture of Anne from her web page.  I love it and, while it doesn't show Anne they way she normally is (all quicksilver and light), it does show how beautiful she is.  Anne is one of those people I am happy to call my friend.  I love being around her, since she generally radiates healing and happiness at me for some reason.  *happy sigh*

She is another of my numerous GMs, this time for Earthdawn.  Her character is my character's best friend in Tim's Arcadayn campaign, and we're having lots and lots of fun!

Anne is into Science Fiction/Fantasy, writing in that genre, anime, Morris dancing, being a techie for plays, and all sorts of other interesting things.  She writes fan fiction for an assortment of causes, and some beautiful poetry.  She also loves gaming and is as many campaigns as I am right now...not including the random pick up games of Chaos etc.

My roommate...well, ex-roommate. A quiet introspective person who has the wonderful ability to see into the heart of the problem.  She is one of the many people who got me into Anime, and she spends all her time quoting it or singing it or...or...or.

She is also the queen of karaoke!!!  Mimi has a huge number of addictions, most of which she is trying to get everyone else addicted to at the same time.  Currently, her biggest addiction, besides anime/manga, is L'arc en Ciel, a Japanese rock group.   She has their music and books of the tours, and...and...and...  Mimi is also a fabulous photographer.  She is the one who took all our engagment pictures on our wedding site.  I think she should go professional!

Helen the Green!Helen McLaughlin

Helen the Green!!!!  Another bridesmaid.  Helen is one of the few people I've ever met who can be utterly sweet and nice to every single person she ever meets.   She is kind, thoughtful, and always smiling.  Helen is finally beginning to let her mischievous side out where other people can see it.  This doesn't stop her from being sweet, just makes her more interesting.  Helen, don't ever change...we need more people in the world like you!

But don't make the mistake of thinking that since she's sweet and kind she doesn't think.  Oh, no.  This woman is going to be a doctor, if it's the last thing she does.  And I respect her immensely for it.  I just wish that she would move up here, instead of staying down in Florida!  Helen, we miss you!!!!

Megan Morris

Another wonderful photographer, this time with a digital camera!  She is the one who took most of the pictures on this site (Thank you!!), which is why I don't have any of her up here.  *sigh*  I'll get one eventually.  Megan is also very interested in anime/manga and Japanese things.  She is acquiring a growing collection of anime tapes and stuff.  The last time we did karaoke, she did lots of singing, especially the Laruku songs that Mimi addicted everyone to.  *grin*  Megan also maintains a web site of book reviews.  She (and most of her friends) review science fiction, fantasy, and horror books that they pick up to read, or that they are requested to review.  She is up to 420 reviews, and is hoping to make it to 500 by the sites first birthday which is coming up soon.  I might actually get these reviews to her by then...
