The two airplanes above, our first WWII models, are Radio Control Models of the P-40 from Wing Manufacturing built by Dennis and Jim. These are the first edition since they were built they have been destroyed in crashes. New or rebuilt planes replaced them. See the photos below for the new versions. Jim and I fly Radio Control Models and have started building the series from Wing Manufacturing. |
The two airplanes to the left are recreations of the original P40's above. There has been two mid-air crashes with these two planes. Several single crashes each however these most recent versions have been flying for one summer now. The photo's below show the grass field and background of the flying field. |
This site is dedicated to the Radio Controlled Modeling of Dennis and Jim who fly at Marymoore Park in Redmond WA. The field is a grass field located east of Seattle WA. Dennis has been flying R.C. Models since 1980. Jim started flying R.C. Models in the fall of 1998. Our specialty is World War II aircarft. |

The World War II Zero from Wing Manufacturing was a wonderful kit to build. Jim enjoys flying this airplane more than the others. The Zero on the left is Dennis's and has been crashed twice and rebuilt this most recent verison is a very good flying aircraft. We have prompted Pete to build one of these aircraft. These aircraft have O.S. 46LA engines on them and fly very well. We have equiped all of our Models with Hobbico mechanical retracts which hold up well on the grass field. |
The photo to the left is the Folgore C202 aircraft by Wing Manufacturing. This airplane flys very smooth and is very agile in the air. If you look close you can see the F4U corsair in the background |

The above are our two new P51 Mustangs buildt from a Great Planes Kit with optional retracts and flaps. These are very dosile flying airplanes that are stable and perform very well. Powered by O.S. 46 FX engines and Airtronics Radios. The flying field at Marymoore park is very green and well kept as noticed in the above photo. |
