Ok, Here are the rules! Any of you wimps that like to play in the first level be warned... You either park in the designated Handicapped areas or you're getting an imp up your a*&%$. If you think you're going to park your car easily here think again. The same dominator that is going to invite your girlfriend to dinner is waiting to stamp your parking ticket.
