Pilot
Pilot for the series introduces Agents Scully and Mulder to each other - she's been assigned to watch over his "questionable" activities. Mulder takes his skeptical new partner to Oregon, where several high school students may have been experimented on by extraterrestrials.

Deep Throat
Investigating the disappearance of a test pilot, Mulder and Scully defy mysterious warnings and head out to Ellens Air Force Base in Idaho. Eventually they discover that the military has been experimenting with fantastic air-craft built with technology gleaned from captured UFOs.

Squeeze
Checking out a monstrous killling with-out a motive, clear M.O., or point of entry, Mulder draws a parellel with X-Files cases that occurred in 1933 and 1963. Soon he and Scully are face-to-face with a centuries-old murderer who can stretch his body to break in - or out - of virtually any space.

Conduit
A teenage girl mysteriously disappears on a camping trip. The girl's little brother is contacted by aliens through their television. The girl is eventually returned but we don't know if she was kidnapped by bikers or aliens.

The Jersey Devil
After a cannilalized human body is discovered in New Jersey State Park, Mulder and Scully journey to Atlantic City in search of what may be a missing link in human evolution.

Shadows
A secretary's boss is killed and comes back from the dead to protect her from his killers who are now stalking her.

Ghost In The Machine
Mulder's old partner asks for assistance in a case involving the electrocution of a computer company's CEO. With Deep Throat helping to lift a veil of Defence Department secrecy, the two agents' investigation leads to a building apparently controlled by artificial intelligence.

Ice
Scientists at an isolated Arctic Ice Core project are driven to madness and wind up murdering each other. The same thing nearly happens to Mulder, Scully and members of an investigating team when they are exposed to unearthly, worm-like parasites that the scientists had dug up.

Space
Agents Mulder and Scully are called in by NASA after a space shuttle launch is aborted and evidence of some unusual sabotage is uncovered. In charge of the mission is a former astronaut - a childhood hero of Mulder's - who is haunted by a mysterious Martian visage he encountered once during a spacewalk.

Fallen Angel
"Deep Throat" informs Mulder about a government cover-up of a UFO crash site. While investigating, Mulder encounters a fellow UFO enthusiast with a strange medical affliction. The two tangle with the military, jeopardizing Mulder's position with the FBI.

Eve
A man's bizarre murder in Connecticut prompts an X-File investigation. When Scully and Mulder learn that a man was murdered simultaneously in California in the same manner, the astonishing resemblance of the two men's daughters piques their interest.

Fire
A visiting Member of Parliament is imperiled by a psychopathic, pyrokinetic serial killer who can ignite parts of his body at will. Mulder must overcome his fear of fire in order to trap the combustible murderer.

Beyond The Sea
This time, it's Scully, not Mulder, who suspects paranormal activity. A death row prisoner claims he can help catch a kidnapper by using recently acquired psychic powers. Still grieving over the death of her father, Scully must determine for herself whether or not the prisoner's leads are genuine.

GenderBender
Mulder and Scully are dumbfounded by a series of sex-related killings: they can't determine if the murderer is male or female. Clues lead them to Massachusetts where they encounter a strange, centuries-old sect called the Kindred.

Lazarus
A fellow F.B.I. agent and good friend of Scully's is fatally shot at the same time as a killer in a bank hold-up. The agent is brought back to life but now has the soul of the deceased killer. Scully sticks with her friend during his traumatic recovery, but Mulder suspects he isn't who he appears to be.

Young At Heart
Originally nabbed years before by Mulder, an ageless murderer vows revenge. With Scully's aid, Mulder learns more about his antagonist who, growing ever younger, is leaving a trail of bodies across the state.

E.B.E.
When an alien spaceship is shot down by an Iraqi jet, Mulder tracks what he thinks is a deceased Extraterrestrial Biological Entity being transported across the United States. Mulder gets close only to find "Deep Throat" does not always tell the truth.

Miracle Man
A young faith healer seems to be responsible for a series of inexplicable deaths. Mulder and Scully travel to the Bible belt to investigate. The mysterious deaths shake the miracle worker's belief in his power, but not before Mulder experiences the boy's "gifts" firsthand.

Shapes
Mulder and Scully check out the shooting of a Native American when his attacker insists he shot ananimal of some kind, not a human being. Mulder believes an ancient Indian myth of the Manitou or shapechanger may be responsible for the deaths.

Darkness Falls
After illegally cutting down a tree, thirty loggers in Washington state release scores of deadly, glowing, prehistoric insects. Looking into the loggers' disappearance, Scully and Mulder are threatened by the bugs and take refuge in a remote cabin as night falls.

Tooms
In this sequel to "SQUEEZE", mutant serial killer Eugene Tooms is released from custody based on psychiatric re-evaluation. As Scully attempts to uncover more definitive proof of Tooms' guilt, Mulder tries to prevent the paranormal from killing for the fifth and final liver he needs before returning to hibernation.

Born Again
Two Buffalo policemen are killed, and a little girl seems tied to the event. As Scully and Mulder investigate the eight year old child, they unexpectedly turn up evidence that might help solve a different, earlier murder case... a case which Mulder believes was the death of the girl's past life.

Roland
The only suspect in the murders of two members of a propulsion research team is a mentally handicapped janitor. Mulder and Scully are called to investigate, and ultimately tie the janitor to a scientist whose brain has been cryogenically preserved.

The Erlenmeyer Flask
In the Season One finale, Mulder and Scully, at the insistence of "Deep Throat", check out a news story about a fugutive who apparently drowned. They eventually uncover evidence of secret government experimentation with extraterrestrial DNA evidence that vanishes before it can be brought to light.
