Moose: Hi folks. Well, the Truth may be out there, but not tickets for Star Wars. However, that's a horror for our favorite agents to look at another time. Now it's time for our reviews First up, The Scullywags (http://geocities.datacellar.net/Area51/Chamber/2521/). How to describe this site? Funny? A string of wonderful jokes? Something to avoid if you take Insulin on a regular basis? Proof that you really only hurt the one you love?

Squirrel: This site definitely was written by someone with a finely tuned sense of humor. It's well done, with quick loading, interestingly laid out pages.

M: It's a fun site. Quirky, silly, irreverent and downright a hoot. Slick looking wonderful links, horrific music and a real sense of twisty humor. I like the one thing that really, really scares Ratboy!

S: I have to admit my fav part was "Scully Goes Shoe Shopping".

M: One wonderful thing here is the selection of photos for the jokes. All are really perfect selections, although the ones used for "The Lone Gunmen" at the Island Of Dr. Scully page are a little scary…

S: The Island of Dr. Scully terrified me!!! Almost as much as the picture on the front page that you click to send the author email!!!

M: A good site and one worth your time. It's also a breeze to go through, since the jokes are nicely laid out and quickly told! Except for the second bullet…

S: Our second site is Joe's X-Files Page (http://www.eonmagazine.com/xfiles/). After you pass the main page with its beautiful graphic (and the counter that reads a quarter of a million hits) you see the following sentence "I have contained here one of the largest archives of X-Files stuff on the net". Well, he's not kidding and it's no exaggeration.

M: Joe's X-Files Page is just amazing. It's a good looking site, all graphics and design elements nicely click. Not a bad performance, with a lot of thought and effort put into it. And if this isn't the biggest archive of X-Files related material, I'm A.D. Skinner's mother. An amazing site for just trying to find stuff.

S: Let's see… pictures - big archive. Sounds - 259 .wav files. Movies - trailers from the film, 5 blooper clips, and teaser clips from the TV episodes through season 5. There's more, too, including screensavers and desktop themes, and a small collection of fanfic.

M: As a matter of fact, some of the things you'll find here are unlikely to appear anywhere else. One of the links is to transcribed scripts of the show. That's someone with dedication to the show!

S: Overall I'd say this is probably one of the best archives I've seen. He also has a link on his site so that you can upload any images or sounds that he doesn't already have on the site, making it that much better as everyone can send in things they have!

M: This is a part of eonmagazine, which appears to be an online SF related site, and would be worth it alone just for the general SF stuff, the X-Files just make it better.

S: Well that wraps it up for another week. Email us at moosnsqril@aol.com with comments or sites to review. We'd like to thank Beeb for the site suggestion - and until next time, remember - the force is with you! (I know, I know, but hey, aren't we all going to see Star Wars next week?!?)
