This is history, dating from the Breaking. As there were a number of different timelines, it's been written all together, with the normal names of the timelines, but in order.

And it came to pass in those days, as it had come before and would come again, that the Dark lay heavy on the land and weighted down the hearts of men, and the green things failed, and hope died. And men cried out to the Creator, saying O Light of the Heavens, Light of the World, let the Promised One be born of the mountain, according to the prophecies, as was in ages past and will be in ages to come. Let the Prince of the Morning sing to the land that green things will grown and the valleys give forth lambs. Let the arm of the Lord of the Dawm shelter us from the Dark, and the great sword of justice defend us. Let the Dragon ride again on the winds of Time.

About the Calendars:

The Toman Calendar:

Devised by Toma dur Ahmid c. 200 years after the last male AesSedai died. It is abbrev. as AB.

The Free Year Calendar:

Proposed by Tiam of Gazar after the end of the Trolloc Wars, and calls each year a "FY" (Free Year).

Artur Hawkwing Calendar:

Based on the founding of his empire (From theFounding), but isn't know but for a few scholars now. It was only in use for about twenty years.

The Farede Calendar:

Proposed by Uren din Jubai Soaring Gull, scholar of the Sea Folk after the end of the 100 Years War, and records the years as the New Era (NE). It is still in use today.

Raolin Darksbane is captured and Gentled by the Red Ajah.

The Trolloc Wars begin.

c. 1250 AB

Aridhol (Shaidar Logoth) is destroyed by itself.

c. 1300 AB

Manetheren destroyed by Shadowspawn.

 

Yurian Stonebow declares himself Dragon Reborn.

1308 AB

Yurian Stonebow is captured and Gentled.

351 FY

The False Dragon Davian proclaims himself and is Gentled.

939 FY

Guaire Amalasan is captured and gentled. Artur Hawkwing begins his rule.

992 FY

Artur Hawkwing sends his armies over the Aryth Ocean.

994 FY

Artur Hawkwing dies.

100 Year War begins, actually lasting 123 years.

1117 FY

End of the Hundred Year War.

526 NE

Corian Nedeal, an Aes Sedai Dreamwalker, dies. The last Tower Trained dreamwalker until Egwene al'Vere.

566 NE

The Aiel present the sapling of Avendensora, Avendoraldera, to the Cairhien, along with the gift of being allowed to cross the Aiel Waste.

972 NE

Tigraine, the Daughter-Heir to the throne of Andor, disappears, causing the Succession. (Morgase Trakand is crowned Queen.)

  

Logain is born.

976 NE

The Aiel War begins, because King Laman of Carhien decided that he wanted to make a throne out of Avendoraldera (see 566 NE). 4 Aiel clans come over the Dragon Wall.

978 NE

The Aiel War ends, King Laman of Cairhien is dead for his folly (Laman's Folly, as it is popularly called). It took the uniting of the world to turn them back, and they got all the way to Tar Valon.

Rand al'Thor is born to a Maiden of the Spear at the end of the Aiel War

987 NE

Suian Sanche becomes the Amyrlin Seat.

997 NE

Logain proclaims himself the Dragon Reborn, and is later captured by the Red Ajah and gentled.

998 NE

Mazrim Taim proclaims himself the Dragon Reborn, is captured, and escapes again.

 

King Galldrain of Cairhien is assassinated.

Rand al'Thor proclaims himself the Dragon Reborn.

Suian Sanche is deposed from the Amyrlin Seat. Elaida takes her place.
