| Cerebsar Roma's (it's a cheese, get it?) chief tyrant and self-proclaimed emperor. Cerebesar wants nothing more than to rule the known world. The only problem is that Okkra: Warner Warrior Princess stands in his way and he can't decide whether he hates her or loves her. He hates the fact that Okkra is no longer evil and is constantly trying to foil his plans of world domination (like he really needs help). Cerebsar would love to see Okkra resort back to her old ways so that the two of them could rule the world side by side. |
