“You’re been looking very content since getting the personal messages,” commented Chakotay over dinner.

“I suppose I do,” Kathryn answered with a grin.

“Want to talk about it?”

“I heard from my mother. My sister has two children now, one who’s named after me and is nominated for the Magna Prize for Art.”

“That’s wonderful.”

“And I got a letter from Phoebe, she still sees Mark sometimes. Helena is expecting her second.” She noted Chakotay’s puzzled look. “Mark’s wife.”

“Oh.”

“Molly’s granddaughter just had her first litter. Mollys Challenge is waiting for me.”

“No regrets?”

“None.” She touched his hand.
