When it Began
Ill never
forget how this all came to be..
the reason you and I are here now..
all because of life's adversities
Your first
word brought so much uncertainty
all I could think is. " why is he talking to
me"
now I know. it was.. something we both needed
it aloud us to let go of all the bad that had been seeded
As you
reached out.. I did the same
we held hands as we talked of our pain
It was at that time we realized our lives would never be
the same cause we let
it come out just like the rain
As a new day
dawned.. a new friendship grew
no turning back.. cause we both knew
This is what we wanted...it felt so right, and so true
to have you in my heart is where I want you

The Dolphin
Look to the
sea
and you will find a
magical playground unwind
Two Dolphins
worlds apart
hear the calls of
each others heart
Hearts
calling amidst
the hurt and strife
Will they make it to
what feels right?
Battling the
wind the
storms, and sea.
They won't give up. this was meant to be
Swimming,
searching
days on end, 'till that one day
the storm comes to an end
Finally the
clouds parted
The sun came through,
shinning down on the two
Together at
last
with one look they knew
That in the vast sea of blue
They found a love that was true.

Of Forever
the darkness of night has come
afraid to close my eyes
haunting memories always come
as the night creeps up on me
Memories of love a lasting love
bringing our hearts, bodies
and souls together
We always said it would be forever
Yet forever was never meant to be
for someone else has taken your love from me
You never gave me a reason why
the best you could do was say good bye
Now night after night I lay awake and cry
trying to figure out the reason why.
Why you left a love so true,
what kind of hold does she have on you

Sun Shining, Flowers blooming
Everything around seems so brand new
Children laughing, children playing
Not a care in the world
Spring has awakened
to banish the blues away
Love is surrounding us
like the warmth of the sun
Blooming everywhere
In our hearts, In our souls
Spring has awakened
to fill us with the color of her love

Violence and hatred
entrapped in our children's souls
What is happening to them
Will we ever know
Shooting and killing
its a game they play
To say they're the best,
On any given day
The gun goes off
more children die
Grieving parents sit and cry
burying their children
wanting to know the reason why
They show no remorse
on what they have done
Smiling and laughing
Saying "We did it for fun"
