i believe in love at first sight
i believed it the moment i looked at you
the moment i saw your blue-green eyes
and your smile that could make my dreams come true
and darling i believe in fate
i believed it the first i we met
with your voice as warm as springtime
and your smile i will never forget
i haven't seen you at all lately
you left as suddenly as you came
all the days go by so slowly
somehow nothing seems quite the same
i believe you'll come back this way
i'm as sure of that as i am of dawn tomorrow
and you'll look at me with those blue green eyes
and one smile from you will lift away my sorrow
