This page basically has stuff about what I'm up to, what I'm doing with this page, and other such stuff. If you're not sure what's been updated lately, or what I've written so far, this is the best place to check, especially since I've decided to list all that much-desired (^.^) information here.
January 23, 2000: Chapter 32 of the Maximal Gambit is now up. Learn the fate of Starscream! (So far. . .)
January 18, 2000: It's a snow day! Snow day! Hey-yay snow day! Which means I've had the time to cook up the next chapter in the Maximal Gambit. Enjoy. . .
January 16, 2000: And now I dance the dance of joy. (ya ta ta ta ya-ta ta-ta, hey! hey! hey! hey! hey! hey! hey!) Okay, enough of that. I finally got my truck! Whoo-hoo! It's a beautiful, brand-new, year 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 regular cab with a 5.9L Magnum V8. . .and needless to say, I feel the need to celebrate. And how do I plan to do it? By posting another chapter of the Maximal Gambit, that's how! And, once I get the pictures developed, I'm gonna put some photos of my new Beast Machine up here on this page, in the "All about me" section. So remember--stay off the sidewalks and don't ride my ass, 'cuz Maximus Prime's got a pickup!
January 08, 2000: Well, I'm trying to get a truck. I really am. Of course, my efforts have all been for naught so far, leaving me still vehicle-less and downtrodden :-( Anyway, enough about my life (shah, I'm sure you care anyway, right?). . .I've decided to use the last half of this wasted day to write the next 2 chapters of the Maximal Gambit and post them. Actually, it was originally only going to be the next chapter of the Maximal Gambit, but if I did that it would be the longest chapter so far (hey, I've always said I write this thing where it takes me, not so it'll fit into some predefined chapter-size set). So. . .two chapters for the price of one :-)
January 01, 2000: Happy New Year! To celebrate, I've put the fourth issue of "A World Transformed" up in that area of the site. This will be the last issue of that series penned by me, due to time constraints and a desire to focus more on The Maximal Gambit and Beast Hunters than anything else. May the next millenium prove to be a happy one!
December 27, 1999: Okay, admittedly, I'm two days late in posting the promised 27th chapter of The Maximal Gambit. To make up for it, though, I made it really really good :-) I've also changed the design of the page a bit. . .as you may have noticed, the link to the Transformers Comic Scan Archive is gone. That's because I've killed it--it appealed to a wider spectrum of the Transfan community than does my fanfic, and many of those elements were not the sort I cared to deal with. More in an upcoming Musing. I've also changed the colors on the page on a request from Mr. Mansoor Ali Asghar Cloudhury. . .now who said I don't listen to anybody? :-) While I liked the purple/red of the links, I checked out my page on another computer (with a lower resolution and running only High Color instead of True Color), and visited links were almost impossible to see. So I changed it to the silvery-gray color you may already be seeing.
December 5, 1999: After a long absence of changes to this page, I have completely revamped it. No more will you find Downloadables or Links here. You will find only the center of the network of pages I have created. I did this in part because I felt it was time for a change, in another part because I wanted to focus my efforts into two directions only: namely, my fanfic (monstrous, at this point) and the Comic Scan Archive. The Comic Scan Archive has already gotten about 3 times as many hits as this page, and has been up only half as long. . .but I don't suppose my own fanfiction should be able to garner as much attention as comic scans :-) LMK if you like the new changes to the site.
