Dragon
Stupid bloody A4 scanner...not bloody big enough...grrrrrr...gnash...Anyway! This guy is one of the main characters from Dragonlore, yet another of my little comic projects. He's quite big (that gun is the size of a field artillery piece) and has a human buddy who is meant to be perched in his left hand, but didn't fit. They have a pair of matching swords and, oh, it's all very complicated, suffice to say dragons are prolific, men are generally fearful, or evil, change is bad and guess what, only our intrepid heroes can save the day!! My dragons are large chaps, but building on the premise that dragons are rather intelligent sorts, I decided that, like us, they should really have oppsable thumbs and be able to manipulate objects just like us, seeing as this is what makes us different from other animals. Dragons in Dragonlore are gradually dying out. Not because of any of that magic versus technology crap or anything like that, it's mostly because the young upstart, man, is building on all the land and nicking all the resources. Dragons, once the lords of the land, are learning that their arrogance is costing them dearly, and by the start of my story are now little more than a footnote in history. The only dragons left with any kind of real power are those that serve in the household of the corrupt king Theodilus, a nasty, insane old git if ever there was one, and guess what, there's lots of political intrigue involved...
