| A quaint village exterior presents a calm and pleasing atmosphere to those who would pass through its streets, the citizens of this city are guarded by the Antideluvian of the Akhayee, Khayman_darkchild, and his armies in the Black Spires Citadel towering in the Northern distance. A crystal blue lake has formed from a river which flows along its Eastern edge allowing for trade between this fledgling city and many of the other island nations of Starthra. The abundance of metal ores, timber, and even the black onyx rock which makes up the mountain range are all valuable trading commodities which allow the town to flourish! However the glistening exterior of the city hides its true heart. Home of the sadistic Nefaria, a cyborg entity who conducts the business dealings of the Akhayee from the ports of Dravel, his mechanical mind and techno organic bodies make him an excellent business tactician. The young city is also a front for Nefaria's schemes and his, genetic/cyborg research and development facility, which conducts its research in hidden laboratories beneath the quiet city streets. Nefaria finds it to his advantage because it keeps him hidden from scrutiny by prying eyes. Currently Dravel holds a trade agreement with the pirate city of New Haven which is run by Rose_Reiven. Many other offers have been made to open up establishments in Dravel, most have been approached not only for their business potential but for alliance aspects as well. Dravels situation on a Ley Line, a magical conduit, offers near limitless potential to the vast majority of mages, warlocks, enchantresses, and sorceresses roaming the realms. This combined with the already vast power reserves of the city and its members will surely make it a prosperous city for the realm of Starthra. Its development has made the Northern Pass an almost completely self-sufficient kingdom. The forests surrounding Dravel and the dangerous snow covered summits of the Northern Pass contain many mysterious creatures including vast packs of Garou and Gangrel which guard the Northern Pass from the Gnarl, Hunzai, and any other invaders who manage to find a way around the Black Spires Citadel. If you are coming to Dravel for either business or pleasure be sure to dress warm and keep one eye open for odd occurrances. Afterall one never knows who will be passing through, perhaps Khayman, Jacob, or even the Judge of existence Lazarus himself could possibly pay a visit at any time. |
