Temporis: the ability to manipulate time itself... one of the most sought after powers in this universe or the next, its limitless applications make it a highly prized skill to learn. As a Kindred the blood which flows through you is timeless and yet with its magical abilities comes the possibility to control that which most people find intangible, time itself. As the blood burns within a Kindred it creates a tie which may allow them for brief instances to escape the bonds of time itself and even bring it to a halt. However such powers are taxing and are never perminant... after all one cannot stop time merely slow it down.

<Level One> Tempora Insight: With this power a Kindred upon eye contact with a being may see briefly the next few moments of his targets future. Thus allowing him to perceive the actions a person will take for up to five minutes into the future.. this has been used to dodge attacks or sense upcoming conflicts. All that is required for this power to work is that eye contact must be made and blood must be burned.

<Level Two> Tempora Illusiona: Like Tempora Insight this allows a Kindred to view a persons future like a slide show from one hour to one week in advance, however like a slide show the visions will be non sequential, have missing areas and in essence be incomplete. This power requires the same demands as Tempora Insight.

<Level Three> Tempora Sentia: With this power a Kindred gains the ability to see and speak to 4th dimensional beings like Paradox, Death, Love, Hate... these beings are outside of the normal grasp of reality and are not held by the bonds of time. However being able to see and speak to them doesn't guarantee an answer, in fact most of the time no response is given. Afterall such beings of power would barely notice you... this may be a humbling experience or an unnerving one depending on the situation. Burning of blood and an expenditure of ones willpower in the form of meditation is required to use this power.

<Level Four> Tempora Altera: This power allows a Kindred to halt time about their form for a period of 1 minute the range to exceed no further than ten feet from their body. The confines of the temporal stasis are cofined to the area it is initially cast upon, thus if the Kindred moves outside of the stasis sphere the power fades and time resumes its normal function. Blood must be burnt to summon forth this power

<Level Five> Tempora Reversa: Allows a Kindred to upon physical contact with a being reverse the last 5 minutes of that beings life... in essence giving that person five minutes of advance knowledge of his or her own future. Blood must be burnt to allow this powers use.

<Level Six > Tempora Alteriam: This power is the same as level 4 Altera, but the power actually moves with the Kindred as its epicenter and its range and effect are doubled.

<Level  Six> Tempora Reversium: Same as level 5 Reversa however no physical contact is required and the effect may encompass a whole room (meaning the interior of a tavern for online rp purposes.)

<Level 7> Tempora Displacement: A Kindred using this power can actually place himself in the Stream of Time allowing him in essence to glimpse the future or the past... however they must remain completely still while inside the Stream. Any movement disrupts the Stream and places the Kindred back where they were before entering the Stream. However while in the Stream the Kindred is a part of the 4th dimension and is therefore invisible and untouchable. Meditation is required as well as burning of blood to use this power.

<Level Eight> Tempora Alterata: This power allows a Kindred to alter the effects of time on specific objects... i.e. make a rusted car part become like new, have a humans heart grow old and quit beating... This power may only be used upon living or inanimate objects and holds no sway over Kindred. To use this power one must be in the line of sight of the targeted object and he must concentrate while burning blood.

<Level Eight> Tempora Stasis: Allows a Kindred to halt time about him for up to one hour and for a range of up to 100 meters... this power must remain in the original area cast and has a heavy price as half of the Kindreds full blood pool must be used to summon this power.

<Level Nine>Tempora Mobilia: Allows a Kindred to not only enter the Stream of Time but to move about while inside its confines. This Kindred may also exit the Stream anywhere he so chooses but if it is not within 24 hours of the time he entered the timestream he will be sent immediately into Torpor until he may be revived. This Power calls for burning of blood and for a days worth of meditation.

<Level Ten> 4th Dimensional Form: This power allows a Kindred to interact as if he were a true fourth Dimensional being. Allowing him to affect physically any or all times he so chooses, however this power is limited to one hour of usage after which the Kindred resumes their initial form and returns to the original Plane and Dimension they were in prior to  assuming theis power. To use this power requires half of your full blood pools expenditure, one days meditation and upon return the Kindred wil be in Torpor Sleep for a period of three days.
