Other Musicals

As I have said, I love musicals. Musicals that I have watched include Damn Yankees, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour DreamCoat, Starlight Express, Chicago, Cats and Whistle Down the Wind.

Damn Yankees was my first musical. The story was about Joe, who was faced with the temptation to sell his soul to be the greatest baseball player ever lived. The songs are in nice style. I love this musical.

Joseph is my second musical. This one is so fun you will never forget it. Based on the story told in the Bible, the characters are fun and extraodinary.

Starlight Express was a pop musicals. The story is about trains competing to be the fastest train. Rusty, a steam train finds the inner light as he became the legendary Starlight Express and won the race and the love of his life. Exciting music all the way and superb stag design. The singers were on rollers and zooms past you in 'race tracks'.

Chicago is a Jazz musical. The story is a tale of crime and corruption in Chicago where Roxie tried to get away with a murder in the most fun  way you can think of. Cats is good to watch, although I have to admit it is a little boring. But nonetheless a nice musical.

Whistle Down the Wind is an interesting story. A escaped prisoner found himself in a small town, where the kids mistaken him as Jesus. Lovely story.
