Sarah and I made pickles in the fall out of Jennie's old cucumbers. Here I am about to open them for the first time while Kristin looks on.


Kristin holds her breath in anticipation as I open the jar. We did this during a party, so that's why we're coverd in beads.


Gingerly lifting the pickle out of the jar.


And they're ok. Actually, they were incredibly spicy, and we got a kick out of offering them to unsuspecting people.
