Lockdown

Abe (Mach-1) is in jail at Seagate prison dreaming of being a hero. The reality in the prison is that it is over crowded since the Vault closed down for super villains. Others target Abe in the prison since he sort of betrayed them by trying to reform and become a hero.

Justin Hammer through the use of Mentallo communicates with others in the prison and gives Abe a choice of freedom if he helps with the other plans going on in the prison to break out. The Rhino also in the prison breaks free from where he was kept as others riot in the prison. Abe tries to stop the riot and uses his knowledge of vibration frequencies and plays a certain frequency through the audio system to bring everyone down.

Reinforments arrive at the prison later to bring permanent order to the place and Abe thinks no one will know what he did. The Commission on Super Human Activities finds out about Abe's actions and thinks they can use him for a special operation.
