Becoming Villains 1: Empyrean Blues

On Counter Earth, Jolt flies over a crowd that cheers when they see her because the Thunderbolts have given these people hope and a new home on the floating city of Attilan. She recounts her time with the Thunderbolts on Earth as she flies to meet Dallas Riordan who shares her body with Erik Josten, Atlas. Dallas finishes drawing the face of someone she saw on Earth and then turns into an Ionic form where Atlas is in control of her body.

Atlas and Jolt fly from the floating city to go fix the support brace on a dam and then get the hydroelectric generators going again. After Jolt reports back to the Fixer that the job is done since he organizes a daily schedule for them while doing various other things at the same time.

Jolt then checks in with Mach-3 who is flying medical supplies into London. He's been doing plenty of work saving people but he's not enjoying it as much as he should be since being stuck on Counter Earth means he's away from Melissa.

Later Jolt confronts Baron Zemo, Fixer, and Dallas because they are going to nuke Tokyo. Even though they stopped the cosmic storms that caused havoc in Japan and they are not spreading it was only temporary and they have to finish the job. Jolt complains about the amount of people down there but Dallas reminds her that they have given the people a lot of time to leave and have rescued many. They can't save everyone. Jolt reluctantly lets it go as twenty warheads are dropped on Tokyo.

Jolt then watches Moonstone as she talks to educators and professionals about plans to make a new civilization on this devastated world. She also watches the way the crowd reacts to Zemo positively and the way Moonstone reacts around Zemo. Jolt questions her own thoughts about them

Typing on a computer Jolt has been recording her thoughts about everything. Wondering why she can't be happy about what is being accomplished or what happens when they succeed. While thinking about things she looks up at portrait of Charcoal that Dallas has drawn for her. She had been writing the letter to Charcoal since he's been dead and she could really use someone to talk to. She deletes the message and walks away from the computer.
