Becoming Villains 4: Malignant Tumors

On Counter-Earth, the Thunderbolts who are still trapped there (they've been trapped on Counter-Earth since "Thunderbolts" #57 the members trapped on Counter-Earth are Baron Helmut Zemo, Atlas II (or as it's been dubbed by the fans "Dat-Lass", Dallas Riodan merged with Eric Josten's ionic energy), MACH III, Fixer and Jolt) are attacked by the villain known only as Anomaly. However, Anomaly is defeated by Moonstone (who has greatly increased in power levels after absorbing a second Moonstone in issue #68).

After debating for a while, the Thunderbolts decide to do something to save Counter-Earth before it is completely destroyed by the cosmic storms which, according to the Fixer, originate from the core of Counter-Earth. On the way down to the core of Counter-Earth, the storms get worse causing a reaction with Atlas II's ionic energy making it very ill. Eventually the convulsions get so bad that Atlas II has to, effectively, power down to her human form of Dallas Riodan who is able to travel to the core of Counter-Earth without any further adverse affects. Reaching the core of Counter - Earth, the Thunderbolts are surprised to find a spaceship.

Whilst the Thunderbolts are trying to decide what to do about the spaceship they find themselves under attack from a small group of the "Young Allies" (the heroes of Counter-Earth, this particular group consists of Bucky, Toro, The Rip and Kid Colt) who tell the Thunderbolts that, in order for, Counter-Earth to survive, the real Earth has to be destroyed. This is obviously not a popular decision with the Thunderbolts who attack the "Young Allies".

After a couple of minutes of unnecessary fighting, Bucky, the leader of the "Young Allies" explains to Jolt that she does not actually want to destroy the real Earth and that the "Young Allies" actually wanted to help the Thunderbolts save BOTH Earths. Before Jolt and Bucky are able to stop the fighting both the Thunderbolts and the "Young Allies" are knocked unconscious by the reformed Anomaly. The only character not knocked unconscious is Baron Zemo who decides to help Anomaly destroy the Real Earth…
