Real Name: Veronica Dultry First Appearance: Uncanny X-Men #94 Powers: Hypnosis, flight. Scientists working for Count Nefaria gave dragonfly her powers. She was stolen from earth by the Stranger, though later returned to earth, but began to mutate. Her sister, Margaret Dultry tried to cover up for her. Ant-Man was able to return her to normal. She also served among Superia's Femizons. |
Supercharger
First Appearance: Amazing Fantasy #17 He was given the ability to produce energy shock fields by having surgically built metal plates put in him, so he became a costume thug. He also for a brief time gave up the life of crime to become apart of SHIELD's Deltoids. Crime lure was too great though and he returned to his previous ways, and more recently served as an employee of the Kingpin. |
Aqueduct
Real Name: Peter Van Zante First Appearance:Ghost Rider #23 (as Water Wizard), New Warriors #7(as Aqueduct) He used to be known as water wizard. Being mortally wounded from an enemy rocket, Peter was flown to a hospital ship just as a typhoon made it dangerous to perform normal surgery. So the Doctors attempted an experimental cell-stimulating ray in hopes of keeping his alive, but instead a lighting -induced power surge healed him much faster. He later found out it granted him psychokinesis. Peter had hid his talent for many years when a weasel named Mole convinced him that crime might just pay. Aqueduct powers manipulate large liquid with just a thought from him and a gesture. He can use crude oil and armor coolant as well, but water is his first choice, and there's usually plenty of it around. Aqueduct can create many things like tentacles, tidal waves, giant fists, geysers, tidal waves, obedient monsters, and other things out of water. He also has shown the ability of leeching water from the human body. |
Cardinal
First Appearance: New Warriors #28 Cardinal was introduced in New Warriors #28, the same issue as Turbo (flying villain for a flying hero). At the time he was running security for Sea Urchin's smuggling operation. A later appearance in NW#35 started giving a little of the back story, as he was broken out of prison by a group called 'Air Force One', they are an enforcement arm made up entirely of flyers for either a terrorist organization or an extremist coalition. Members included Sparrow, Killer Shrike and some others. Tanger later replaced shrike. Then appeared in Night Thrasher #5. Last appearance had 'Air Force One' in Rwanda distributing food to starving refugees when they were attacked by a terrorist organization known as the Undertow. Tanger was killed, and Sparrow was kidnapped (later to be mind controlled, given super speed abilities, and be nicknamed 'Fast' as namorita's partner in the Undertow.) Cardinal vowed to find her. |

Real Name: Fred Myers First Appearance: Tales to Astonish #81 Born in Australia but raised in America, Myers' greatest love during adolescence was baseball, and he developed an extraordinary pitching arm. He became a professional baseball player. Suspended during his first season for accepting bribes, and feeling bitter and angry, he accepted a position with the Secret Empire, a subversive criminal organization. He trained as a special operative, taking the code-name Boomerang. He decided to become a freelance assassin by exploiting his pitching ability with deadly boomerangs. Boomerang's main weapons are his boomerangs, which he wears on his costume. These boomerangs are often rigged with special gimmicks. Some of these deadly boomerangs are called shatterangs, gasarangs, razorangs, screamerangs, and bladerangs. |
Lodestone
First Appearance: DarkHawk #7 There's been no origin given to Lodestone, except that she's been in Phillip Bazin's employment at the time she encountered Darkhawk in DarkHawk#7. She also uses some sort of electro-magnetic powers. |

Scorcher
Real Name: Hudak First Appearance: Untold Tales of Spider-Man #1 Hudak was a research chemist who got blamed for something he didn't do. He became the Scorcher and was hired by Osborn, then later returned on his own, with a jet pack added to his armor. He was apparently killed in an explosion, but he returned in the Amazing Spider-man holiday special 1995. |
Man-Ape
First Appearance: Avengers #62 Real name: M'Baku Man-Ape is M'Baku, a Wakandan, and leader of the forbidden White Gorilla Cult. By performing some kind of white-gorilla-sacrificing ritual, he gained superhuman strength and agility, and tried to usurp the throne of Wakanda. Black Panther and the Avengers defeated him, and he was exiled from Wakanda, and will be executed if he returns. He joined the first and third Lethal Legions for revenge on the Avengers, other than that only tends to show up in huge super-villain gatherings. |
Shockwave
Real Name: Lancaster Steed First Appearance: Master of Kung-Fu #60. Powers: Electric touch. Wears body armor. Shockwave is a martial arts expert in powered armor which hits his opponents with a huge charge of electricity when he hits them. Shockwave is the nephew of Sir Denis Nayland Smith, eternal foe of Dr. Fu Manchu. He received his powers via metal plates that were surgically built into his body. He was once an agent for MI-6, and was also employed by the SHIELD Deltoids. |
Quicksand
First Appearance: Thor #392 Quicksand, real name unknown, was transformed by a nuclear accident. Her ally against Thor was the Mongoose. She alo served in Superia's Femizons. |
Blackwing
First Apperance: Daredevil #118 Alias: Jospeh Manfredi. Powers: Strong rapport with pet bats, Razor-sharp throwing bats; limited flight. He is the son of Silvermane. He was initially one of the Circus of Crime, and also won a place with HYDRA while his father was Supreme Hydra. He later became partnered with Jack O' Lantern, which led to the two of them joining the Red Skull's Skeleton Crew. When last seen, Blackwing was sent to the Vault. |
Constrictor
Real Name: Frank Schlichting FirstAppearance: Incredible Hulk #212 Powers: bullet-proof/insulated costume, Adamantium coils, which are energized with electricity. In Marvel Comics Presents #74, his mother's common law husband, McAvey, killed her and Amy, Frank's sister. This led Frank into a life of crime. In HULK#212, he was hired by the Corporation to kill Jim Wilson. Justin Hammer gave Frank his Adamantium coils & bulletproof costume. Justin Hammer then hired him in IRON MAN #127, where he was one of the many criminals in Hammer's private army. The Constrictor has also teamed with Sabretooth, and battled Captain America, Iron Fist, Hulk. The Serpent Society has also asked him to join but he didn't want to, and tried to betray them. They beat him up, and Scourge then tried to assassinate him in the hospital. He also worked for the Sphinx in the'Hero Killers' Spider-Man/New Warriors annuals. |

Real Name: Edward Laveli First Appearance: Power Man & Iron Fist #92 He was a shady businessman who wanted to make his presence felt in the underworld. He took up the possession of a special costume from which he derived all his powers. His costume contains generators that produce enough electricity to kill. As a result of the costumes power he can projects bolts of electricity. His costume is also coated with grease like substance so it's hard to grab hold of. |
Shatterfist
First Appearance: Thor #440 Shatterfist stole a set of power gloves from a research installation. He got his name from Thunderstrike, who had heard him go by that name in the future. |
Sunstroke
First Appearance: West Coast Avengers #17 Sunstroke's origin is unknown, other than Sunstroke is a human who was empowered by Dominus to fight the West Coast Avengers. He has the power to absorb solar energy, which he uses for his glider-wings, and to fire off solar blasts. He showed up in AWC #17 and #24 working for Dominus. He is the only one of Dominus's minions who was human other than that nothing was revealed about him. |
Slyde
First Appearance: Amazing Spider-Man #272 Jalome who was original a chemical engineer made up a substance that all friction between it and any surface. Jalome applied this to a uniform that made it able for him to move at high speeds by a means of sliding, that made him very hard to grab hold of. In this uniform he had great maneuverability, speed, and quickness. |
