Tools and Materials
On this page you will fins a list of tools and materials for making terrain. You many not need to use all these tolls on all projects, but its a good idea to have them on hand just in case.
1. Wire Cutter- very use full for cutting styrofoam. I got mine at a Micheals store made by Flora Craft (tm).

2. Elmers Schools Glue- very use full for gluing stuff together (obviesly). Allso known as PVA glue. Its good for giving the affect of water (it dries clear with a bit of a shine, you can make bubles with it). Elmers is used in allmost all projects.

3. Paints-to paint your projects. I dont use citadel paints for terrain. Its too expensive.

4. Corrugated Cardboard- the stuff that most boxes are made of. Very use full for bases and some projects use it. Also very cheap (free!).

4. Junk- bits from stuff. For example: pringles cans, any electric parts. Never let something electrical go out of your house with out openeing it up. Some of you may be throughing out a computer. Take it apart, its a goldmine for containers and other usefull things.

5. Small Neting- I get mine from vegitable bags. You can spray paint silver to make great chain link fencing.

5. Sand and Small Rocks- to add the finishing touches to the bases of your projects. I use kitty litter (clean!) for small rocks. You can buy sand from a pet store or better yet go to your local beach!

6. Foamcore- styrofoame between 2 narrow peices of card. Fram shops use it to mount art. Very usefull for buildings. I dont use it much beacuse of its cost (I would rather buy some new guys for my army than buy materials for making terrain).
