I have always loved the television show, Quantum Leap, ever since it came on the air. I still remember the night it first came on. I wasn't interested in it at frist, but my step-dad called me into the den from the kitchen, where I was doing my homework, to watch the show. I was already in love with time travel (major addiction to Back to the Future) and trading places movies (like Freaky Friday and Vice Versa). I was automatically addicted to QL. Since I was too young to stay up late at night to watch the show, I taped them on my VCR (taped over them since then, so I don't have the NBC versions.) It was a real on and off relationship, but part of my heart was always dedicated to Quantum Leap. And now, a part of my heart is dedicated to the real Sam and Al. . . . Real? Yes, real! Not Scott Backula (who plays Sam) or Dean Stockwell (who plays Al), but the two sweet guys I met when I traveled through my mystic portal. |
