  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp. backing powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour


    1. Whip eggs add sugar.
    2. Beat egs about 10 minutes until lemony, and add rest of ingredients.
    3. Grease flan pan.
    4. Bake at 35000 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
    5. Use favorite fruit filling and top with whipped cream.
