9 of the 15 Mantas are ships inside the bays of the Kestrels. (3 in each) The Mantas can carry up to three people, while the Kestrels have a crew of 21. The flagship has a crew of 36.
Although the current fleet is small, its high tech level makes it an effective fighting force.

Armament: 2 rapid-fire neutron cannons, 1 heavy neutron turret.
Shields: 500 terrawatts. Psionic shielding of 150 terrawatts.
Speed: approx 45 times lightspeed.
Armament: 8 Heavy Neutron Turrets, 6 rapid-fire neutron cannons. Also, 15 missiles.
Shields: 2700 terrawatts. 750 terrawatt psionic shielding.
Not dealing nearly as much damage as Heavy Minbari Neutron Cannons, thesedeal around 25 terrawatts of energy damage per hit. The redeeming quality of these is the fact that they weigh very little, and can fire up to 250 times/sec. This is the perfect weapon for smaller ships.
These weapons are again not as powerful as Minbari weaponry. They deal 275 terrawatts of energy damage to shields, but are still inefficient.
Deal very little damage to shields, but are designed to pierce armor, once the shields go down.
