Carol lives in Ingleside, Ontario and has been publishing short fiction in the horror, science fiction, and fantasy fields since making her first story sale in 1995.  Her work has appeared in numerous magazines and several anthologies, including Canada's Northern Frights 4 & 5.  She has had her work nominated for a Bram Stoker Award, and has won two short Horror Fiction contests through Bad Moon Books.

When Carol isn't writing she teaches Creative Writing at a local college.  She acted as editor-in-chief of Northern Fusion Magazine from 1998 to 2000.  She holds a BA in English from St. Mary's University, Halifax.
