Andrew Weiner was born in London England in 1949 and came to Canada in 1974. He is mainly a short story writer with only one SF novel to his name called Station Gehanna.
This is about to change though. Andrews novel, Getting Near Near The
End, is coming out this fall (2004) from Robert
J. Sawyer Books, the new SF imprint of Red
Deer Press.
Andrews short fiction has been published in many magazines and anthologies including
Northern Stars, Crossing The Line: Canadian Mysteries With A Fantastic Twist, Future on Ice, Northern
Horror, Tesseracts2 and Asimovs Science Fiction Magazine, just to name a few.
Andrew's works include a collection of his short stories called This Is The Year Zero
from Pottersfield Press. He also has a short story called Wavelength (co-written with Terrence
M. Green) in the anthology, Northern
Horror edited by Edo van Belkom
and a story called Klein's Machine in the anthology
called Future on Ice
edited by Orson Scott Card.
