David Winning

David Winning was born in Calgary, Alberta in 1961. At the age of 16 he made a SF short film called Game Over. He has since been involved as director, producer, writer and actor of numerous movies and TV shows. Much of his work has a SF or Fantasy element to it. His work includes the movies Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie and Merlin: The Magic Begins:. He has directed episodes of Twice in a Lifetime, Neon Rider, Nightman, "Matrix", Friday the Thirteenth, Dead Mans Gun, Are You Afraid Of The Dark?, and Goosebumps. He even had an uncredited appearance as a commuter in Superman III. More recently, David directed an episode of Earth: Final Conflict and two episodes of the upcoming TV series, Gene Roddenberry's "Andromeda".
