History of the Sept
One morning, Walks had a dream, the last in a series about power, power corrupted, and power rediscovered. She dreamed of finding a place of power and using it to wash to Weaver's corrupt influence out of the Sept of Work and Wisdom, restoring to peace and purity it once had. When she awoke and spoke of this dream with the Children of the Sun, they agreed that Pangaea seemed to be the source of this power, and set off at once to find it.
The Pack had been to Pangaea before, but the mission was never so urgent as this. Together they scaled a mountian, to the cliff where they had fought Black Spirals, saving Pangaea from becoming a smouldering wasteland of ashes. There, Walks activated a gift granted by Hyperion, Find the Heart's Flame, which drew them still higher up the mountain, to a place of breathtaking beauty, purity, and power. A mile or more from the floor of the Realm, the horizons spread to the edges of the land, unclouded by the Weaver's structures or the Wyrm's foul pollution. And in this place they found a potential they had never felt before, a power waiting, untapped, ready to become a caern.
With an urgency that spread to all they encountered, the Children of the Sun set about gathering the people needed to perform the Rite of Caern Building. All gathered in Pangaea four nights later, the night of the full moon, and worked as one to awaken the power atop the mountain. When the long night ended, dawn shown for the first time on the Sept of Lasting Strength, a place where all Garou are of one Tribe, and where all may heal and learn and train in the strongest and earliest of Gaia's Dreams.

Rank 1Joshua was sent to the Sept of Gaia's Strength as a representative from the Sept of the Waking Bear. His homid breed makes life at the Red Talon caern a little bit difficult. The Gurahl of that Sept also hoped his presence will soften Garou attitudes toward Gurahl in Michigan.
When the Caern of Lasting Strength was opened in Pangaea, Kyla had the brilliant idea of making him even more widely accepted by setting him up as Master of the Land. While he is young, he should do an excellent job.Packs
