Session Sixty-four (Wyvern's Claw)

The Claw spends some time looking around the Sept for Scott, who hasn't been seen for a couple days. All they find is a note saying, "Sorry guys, but I feel the need to move on and see stuff. I'll miss you, Scott."
They get little time to wonder where he went, as Darren Lexus calls up to tell them that he has arranged a meeting with Aldus Moncreif, the Shadow Lord Dmitry asked them to find.
They are directed to a hotel room that is locked. No one answers when Nathan knocks. Randell and Nathan try to enter the room through Umbra, but get a little...tied up in the Gauntlet.  Fearing for her friends, Cassie busts the door down to find Aldus
waiting for them. He's upset at her rash action, but Nathan makes it out of the Umbra in time to talk him out of a physical confrontation.
Aldus tells them that the Shadow Lords who attacked Kyla and the Children in Cincinnati (Session Fifty-eight) were part of a secret cult called the Society of Nidhogg. The Society is devoted to increasing the power of Grandfather Thunder, the patron spirit of the Shadow Lords. Some of them, however, feel that darkness is necessary to improve Thunder's station and are trying to bring eternal darkness to the world. As the sun is a major stumbling block to this goal, the Children of the Sun have made the
Society's hit list.
On the way back to the Caern, the Claw gets followed, but with the helpof Darren, the manage to shake the tail and head home in time for the Moot.
At the Moot, Madonna announces to the Sept at large that her pack is being required by their totem to go fight in the Amazon for a moon-cycle.  She admonishes everyone to stay out of her clearing while she's gone.  Nathan challenges Manny successfully for Rank Two, proving that good is good and bad is bad.  Then he proves that beer is good by unleashing his second batch on the Sept.
During the Revel, Bite of Frost goes off, alone, to his medicine tent.

Session Sixty-five (Children of the Sun)

Bite of Frost comes to the Children and tells them that he consulted the spirits and they told him to find reinforcement for the Sept. The spirits say there are allies quite near. He makes it the Pack's job to find them and try to bring them into the Sept.
Jarryd and Walks get Brings the Future to enact a rite that finds unknown kinfolk. His efforts direct them to a private farm where Glass Walker kin are raising wolves and to a Shaman on the Chippewa Reservation near Mt. Pleasant.
Kyla and Manny find reports of wild dog sitings in Howell and track down three Garou: Woody, a Fianna; Spring, a Child of Gaia, and their...son, a Metis.
The three of them are hiking cross-country, trying to get to Sping's mother in North Dakota. Kyla and Manny take them back to the Sept of Gaia's Strength, give them some supplies and open a Moon Bridge to get them a little further along.
