Stephanie

Stephanie is a very pretty young Bubasti with a knack for sorcery.  She arrived in Belleville looking for help with an ancient problem--the Mummy Potiphar who, in his first life, was Lord Executioner to the Antideluvian vampire Set.  According to her star charts, Potiphar would be turning up in southern Michigan in the next couple of weeks.  Knowing that she wasn't the best of fighters, Stephanie decided to look up the local vampire exterminators.
Steph decided to pretend she was just a witch, and didn't bother to let the pack know otherwise.  She "coincidentally" met Manny and Walks (in lupus form) at a new occult bookstore that just opened in Ann Arbor.  As she aroused more than just Manny's curiosity, he struck up a conversation and found out she claimed to be an Alchemist of Egyptian tradition.  She triggered Walks' Sense the Unnatural and Manny's Sense Magic gifts, but a magic amulet protected her from Jarryd's Sense the True Form.  Manny offered to help her cast a few spells.  He was, of course, already enchanted...
Manny, always eager to help, offered the Pack's aid with Potiphar.  Since he wanted to have a "normal" relationship (with a witch?  We don't get it either), he tried to convince her that he was just your average spirit-speaker, rather than a werewolf.
The Pack did their best to aid him in his deception, and thought they had done a pretty thorough job of convincing Stephanie that they are a weird and paranoid bunch, which is closer to the truth than they realize.  Walks in particular did her best to freak Stephanie out.  In fact, their encounter caused Steph to pack up and move her whole life to a new apartment.  Walks, however, was equally displeased with Stephanie, especially due to the biting remarks about her lack of height.
The truth will out, in spite of everyone's attempts otherwise.  Just before taking out Potiphar, Steph let Manny know his acting career was over.  She gathered up Potiphar's dusty remains for disposal, and bid Manny adieu in accented Garou, leaving him gaping.  The pack later learned the truth about her "catliness" after discovering her in Gary, Indiana stealing a Wyrmy scepter.  When Manny was through sputtering with anger over the lies, Kyla let her take the scepter off to hide it, and told her to call if she needs us....
The appearance of Anthelios in the sky heralds the beginning of the Apocalypse and the return of Stphanie.  Potiphar should not have been able to return until the stars align again, but the red star has lent him the strength to make the journey.  After destroying him again in Florida, Stephanie headed back to Belleville with the Pack to sort out her next move...
