Sept of the
Waking Bear

    This Sept, located in the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, belongs to the Red Talons and a few Gurahl.  The caern was only recently opened.  For years it, and the Gurahl protecting it, lay dormant.  The Talons stood guard and refused to let anyone near.  The Children of the Sun discovered this while attempting to locate another piece of the Lens of Future Sight.  They enlisted the help of a Gurahl in the Traverse City Zoo, who woke the sleeping Bear and re-opened the caern.
    The Red Talons must be approached with caution and respect, and in lupus form.  The Gurahl presence in the caern has tempered the Red Talons' militant approach to outsiders.  In fact, the Gurahl have even sent a representative of their own, Joshua, to the Sept of Gaia's Strength.
