Borg Manned Probe:
This ship does what it's name says. It's a probe. But the advantage of this probe is that it can assmilate, because there are Borg Drones aboard it. It's primary task is to fix small things that doesn't require the attention of a cube or a sphere. This ship is fairly easily destryable. Don't underestimate it though. It is fast and agile. It's weapons are a heavy phasor cannon, and a torpedo launcher. The ship may be eqipped with a tractor.

Borg Sphere: This ships main purpose is to assmilate ships. It is the secondary most used ship by the Borg Collective. It has one tractor beam on the bottom of the ship, and houses a lot of the torpedos the cube has. It is about equal in power to a Federation Intepid Class ship (it has the edge). One (maybe more) of these are in each cube as an escape pod, so to speak. One Sphere was know to carry a device that lets it time travel. It is unknow if all sphere's have this ability. This ship is a threat to all species as well as the cube.

Assimilated Transwarp Ship: This ship was introduced when rogue Borg took stole it from the collective. It is unknown which race it originated from, but it is big, and have powerful torpedos. It also has transwarp drive capablilty. Its defenses are strong, and it has good transporters that the Borg modified to transport through shields. When the Borg on board it went stray from the collective, they were confused and couldn't find themselves. That's when Data's evil brother Lore came into town, and offered them guidance. In Lore's speaches he convinced the Borg to try to destroy the Federation (From Descent, Part One and Two). Other than what I've said, little is known about this.

Borg Cube: This is the primary and most powerful known ship of the Borg Collective. It geometrical cube shape give it a very chilling site. The ship harbors over 100,000 drones (apx. 1000 people live on board the USS Enterprise). There is no bridge, engineering section, science lab, or living quarters. This ship is run by all of the minds on board being linked together. The ship is about 3 miles per side. Weaponry on the cube is massive. There is a torpedo launcher on every corner along with many tractor beams at strategically important places. The ship carries many different kind of torpedos as well. It has ones that drain enemy shields, one that disrupts the warp containment field and collapses a ships warp engines, an assimilation one, and a standard damaga inducing torpedo. The cube's main purpose is to new find civiliztaions and worlds to assimilate and conquer.
