The purpose of Neowatt-9 was to establish a company which offered high-quality web design at an affordable rate. What do we mean by affordable? How about less than 1/2 of the average going rate to design a web page.
Our designs are well thought out, use your input, and can be easily updated. We welcome any input, and are content to work independent as well.
