Welcome, everyone! I'm Corri, (or Emily, so if you know me in real life, yes, this IS the right page) and I am very happy that you've stopped by to view my humble webpage. Please sign my guestbook and tell me what you think! This page is devoted to the things that are near and dear to my heart - fantasy, books, and a little bit of history with some other fun things thrown in. For the most part, I created this place to house my ever-growing library of fanfiction. I write in several different fandoms, some popular, some not, and I wanted a centralized location for all of it so I could share it with people who might be interested. However, if fanfiction isn't your thing, I encourage you to check out the book reviews, (even though that part of the site is still very much under construction), and the links page. If you have any comments, questions, or just want to talk to the incredibly cool girl who made this site, email me at corrielle@yahoo.com.
Merry Christmas! I'm doing a bit of an update now that all of the presents are unwrapped. I've been working hard all week, and my Tavington Christmas Carol is finally complete All five chapters are now posted in the Patriot section.
Two new Pirates of the Caribbean fics up - a drabble entitled "A Game of Chess" and a one shot called "A Cure for What Ails You."
At long last, I have done a bit of updating around here. There's a bunch of stuff in the new "Pirates" section in the fic area, including some drabbles I've recently written and a pretty lengthy Peter Pan fic.
The WB has announced that it is going to cancel Angel. I am understandably upset. So... here's a nifty banner to the Save Angel campaign. I only hope they have more luck than Firefly did. *sniffle*
The first review is up in the book section! I'm going to try and post one every time I finish a book... We'll see how that goes. I'm currently working on a myriad of fanfic projects. I've got one each for Peter Pan, LotR, Escaflowne, and Kenshin all running around in my head. Having recently read Robert Jordan's Crossroads of Twilight, I find myself repeating over and over again, "I WILL not write a Wheel of Time/(insert fandom here) crossover! I WON'T!" It's hard, though. Especially with all of the Green Ajah Aes Sedai who have recently discovered elves in my imagination. THAT was a disaster. ;-)
With graduate school over for the semester, I finally got around to doing what I said I'd do! Take a look in the book review section... My fantasy recs are up. Now, it's off to see Return of the King!
Graduate school is eating up all of my time. I got a different blog... I found out that lots of my friends use livejournal... so I have that now. If you want to go take a look, it's here.
I updated the links section! There are now a few more anime links, and I fixed some that had either moved or gone dead.
See how fickle Corri is about updating her webpage!
