An Immortal who has been faking his own death throughout history to have his mortal wife extort money for her silence. Willie pulled this scam in 1997 but instead of paying his wife Molly, the driver murdrs Molly as well. Willie finds the owner of the car, which belongs to a diplomat, and kills the diplomat. Later on he finds out that it was the diplomat's son who was driving the car and Willie tries to kill him too but Duncan MacLeod stepped in and made Willie promise to forget about it since he already killed the father.
